Bio

Jacques grew up in Napoleonville.  He has been practicing law for 21 years with a primary focus on real estate.  He began his career as in-house counsel for a regional real estate developer.  He then worked in the real estate section in the Chicago office of the 8th largest law firm in the world before moving back to Louisiana where he worked as managing attorney for a regional title company.  Prior to joining Alexander Sides he had a solo practice for 13 years focusing on the areas of commercial and residential real estate; business and corporate transactions.  His commercial real estate practice includes representation of banks, developers, residential home builders, investors and private equity companies. He has handled real estate closings involving hotels, retail shopping centers, multi-family residential complexes and real estate developments.
