David “Dave” A. Woolridge, Jr.

Dave practices in the area of business and corporate transactions and corporate law. He assists and advises clients on acquisitions, development, financings and dispositions of a variety of assets and entity types throughout the United States. Dave also provides estate planning and successions legal services for his personal clients. Prior to entering law school, Dave worked for Ethyl Corporation (now Albemarle) as an engineer and division-level financial analyst for eight years.
